Key Responsibilities:
Staff Accountant position will be AP & AR focused Staff Accountant will prepare and issue invoices through QuickBooks Online Staff Accountant will process daily check runs and payment orders Staff Accountant will apply incoming payments and manage client escrow balances Staff Accountant will coordinate payments to media vendors across multiple channels Staff Accountant will assist with bank reconciliations as needed Staff Accountant will assist with ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested Qualifications for the
Staff Accountant:
Prior Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems Basic Excel skills (summations, columns) Ability to manage a high‑volume workload with daily deadlines
