This hybrid opportunity is primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings in the DC area. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with large data sets, thrives in a deadline-driven environment, and wants exposure to a dynamic, nationally recognized organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while contributing to key month-end and audit activities. What You'll Do Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations Partner with accounting operations teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Assist with royalty accounting activities, including contract review and system validation Prepare audit support schedules and respond to ad hoc audit requests Analyze financial data and help improve reporting accuracy and efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and accounting team members on special projects and ongoing initiatives What We're Looking For 2+ years of progressive accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus Experience working with large data sets and complex financial systems Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines with accuracy and professionalism
