PTO Key Responsibilities:

Manage month-end and year-end close across multiple client accounts Prepare balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations Produce financial statements (P&L, balance sheet) Support audit processes (internal, external, regulatory) Ensure compliance with GAAP and FAR regulations Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes Work directly with clients in a consulting / outsourced accounting model

Qualifications:

5+ years of general ledger / full-cycle accounting experience Experience in a government contracting (GovCon) environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and FAR regulations Experience with Deltek Costpoint or similar GovCon systems (Unanet, QuickBooks, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance S.
