This is a hands-on opportunity to build a strong accounting foundation in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment while working closely with senior accounting leadership. What You'll Experience Exposure to high-volume, real-world financial operations Hands-on involvement in multi-entity accounting Direct mentorship from experienced accounting professionals A clear path for advancement as the organization continues to expand Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume daily bank reconciliations (core focus) Support general ledger entries and month-end close Assist with tow software call reconciliation Help track inventory and fixed assets Provide administrative and accounting support to senior staff Contribute where needed in a dynamic, growing environment What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (recent grads encouraged) Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Analytical mindset and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work QuickBooks experience is a plus Ability to work onsite in Leesburg, VA Compensation & Benefits $23.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision coverage Paid time off + parental leave Life insurance + Employee Assistance Program Professional development support Flexible scheduling If you're ready to build your career in accounting with a company on the rise, we'd love to connect.
