RESPONSIBILITIES
(but not limited to):
  • Bookkeeping for assigned entities
  • Arrange bill payments accordingly
  • Monthly bank account reconciliations
  • Perform A/P, A/R, and reconciliations
  • Prepare daily sales Journals
  • Inventory data entry and monthly ending balance adjustments
  • Sales Tax calculation and payments
  • Payroll:
    track employee hours and benefits, and process payroll and tax payments
  • Monthly closing
  • Manage budgets and assist with budget planning
  • Correspond and communicate with internal staff and outside vendors
  • Complete Monthly Financial report and internal analysis reports
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in accounting with over three years accounting experience.
  • Must be knowledgeable and skillful in QuickBooks.
  • Confidence with MS Office skills, including Excel, and Word.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both in writing and speaking.
  • Must be eligible to work in US (No visa sponsoring).
