This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in general accounting Bachelor's Degree required- preferrable in Accounting or Finance Strong Excel skills Exposure to payroll Experience with SAP is a plusJob Description:
- Maintaining employee payroll records in SAP which includes auditing data inputs and reconciling and researching discrepancies
- Processing manual, non-standard or correction transactions. Auditing and reconciling pay output. Researching discrepancies.
- Developing contacts and working closely with PACCAR divisions across the U.S. including Human Resources, Accounting and Benefits
- Building a personal reputation for trustworthiness as well as diligent, quality and timely work results
- Inputting information for Off-cycle payroll runs
- Assisting with the month end payroll accounting close which includes creating journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts
