We provide tax, accounting, and advisory services to individuals, closely held businesses, and high-net-worth clients. We value professionalism, technical excellence, responsiveness, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065)
  • Prepare returns involving RSUs, ESPPs, stock options, and other equity compensation
  • Handle international tax reporting, including Forms 1116, 3520, FBAR (FinCEN Form 114), 8938, and 8949
  • Prepare and review cryptocurrency tax reporting
  • Research federal and state tax laws and regulations
  • Assist clients with tax planning and compliance strategies
  • Respond to and resolve IRS and state tax notices
  • Communicate directly with clients to gather information and answer tax-related questions
  • Maintain accurate workpapers, client files, and supporting documentation
  • Assist with bookkeeping, accounting, and financial statement preparation as needed Qualifications
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) required
  • 3+ years of recent public accounting tax experience
  • Strong experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
  • Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines during tax season Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multi-state taxation
  • Experience with high-net-worth individuals
  • Experience with international tax reporting
  • Experience with equity compensation and cryptocurrency taxation Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$85,000
  • $120,000 per year, depending on experience
