Project Accountant

Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with job costing and tracking labor/equipment expenses Assist with month-end close and WIP reporting Handle AIA progress billing and lien waiver compliance Communicate with project managers regarding budgets, billing questions, and project costs Maintain accurate records and ensure billing compliance before payments are released

Accounting Specialist Qualifications:

3-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Construction industry experience preferred Experience with job costing and subcontractor pay cycles Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$28•32/hr DOE — with weekly pay!

Schedule:
