Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

Job Description Day to day, you'll serve as a technical accounting leader and advisor to the business, helping determine the appropriate accounting treatment for complex transactions and ensuring alignment with

U.S. GAAP.

You'll research accounting guidance, prepare technical memos, and partner with leadership to explain the financial impact of key decisions, including equity-related activities and stock-based compensation. You'll play a key role in preparing and reviewing audited financial statements and ensuring all disclosures are accurate and consistent, working closely with Legal and Investor Relations. Additionally, you'll monitor new accounting standards and lead implementation efforts while maintaining and enhancing company-wide accounting policies to ensure ongoing compliance. Pay depends on experience and will be in between 60 and 80/hr.
