The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the financial reporting process and the management of general ledgers, fixed assets, and regulatory filings. This position will also provide guidance and support to team members across Finance and other departments, helping to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency. Position's Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information to management. Responsible for maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Work closely with inventory management teams to calculate and analyze physical count results, ensure accurate record-keeping, and reconcile inventory accounts. Ensure timely completion of regulatory filings such as local, state, and federal taxes and required business licenses. Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and resolving audit findings in a timely manner. Proactively identify opportunities to improve and automate accounting processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Provide support and serve as a resource to team members across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Other duties as assigned. Starting Pay:
$81,000 annually, Depending on Experience + Bonus Opportunities Salary Range:

Demonstrated knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices, combined with the ability to learn new concepts and apply them effectively in practice. Experienced, knowledgeable and comfortable with business software tools and applications such as office applications (Excel, Word) and ERP packages (such as MS Dynamics or NetSuite). Proficiency in database queries and related tools is beneficial. Self-motivated and quick to learn new concepts, with the ability to apply knowledge effectively in practical situations. Excellent English communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounting and finance.
