Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys accurate financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and supporting audit readiness. The Staff Accountant will play an important role in maintaining reliable financial records and supporting daily accounting operations.   • Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support financial reporting, audit requests, and documentation requirements.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
  • Ensure accounting activities comply with established standards, policies, and procedures. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $65,000 to $67,000 per year.
