Job Description Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns for a diverse client base. Assist with accounting, financial reporting, and advisory engagements. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting workpapers while maintaining accurate financial records. Analyze financial information and identify opportunities to provide additional value and recommendations to clients. Support quarterly and year-end reporting requirements and ensure timely completion of client deliverables. Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service. Coordinate with internal team members to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve productivity goals. Research accounting and tax issues and stay current on changing regulations and best practices. Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities. Contribute ideas to improve processes and support the firm's continued growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed or working toward the 150 credit hours required for CPA exam eligibility. Public accounting experience preferred or a strong desire to build a career in public accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. CPA designation or progress toward CPA licensure is a plus.
