JOB DESCRIPTION
The Investment Associate will work with financial professionals to deliver financial security to their clients. This behind-the-scenes role offers sales and service support. Volume and sophistication unite to create a fast-paced and dynamic role. This role is best suited for individuals who like to stay productive and thrive in an environment that requires multi-tasking and switching gears regularly. - Non-Exempt duties/Responsibilities (iNCLUDE, BUT
ARE NOT LIMITED TO
):- Prepare all materials and information financial professionals need to support the investment client onboarding process
- Open/fund investment accounts
- Process investment service requests such as funds disbursements, account transfers and trade correction requests
- Document transaction costs and rational as needed
- Process and distribute daily mail
- Coordinate daily investment check deposits Qualifications
- Life, Accident, & Health Insurance licenses required (or obtain within the first 90 days)
- Series SIE, 6, and 63 required (or obtain within the first year)
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with others
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance and/or related field preferred Schedule and work location
- Monday thru Friday (8:00 a.m
- 5:00 p.m.)
- In person, with the opportunity to flex schedule
- Limited travel potential
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$21.00- $27.
