• open to feedback and continuous improvement What You Bring Bachelor's in Accounting (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Multi-site or healthcare experience strongly preferred Strong GAAP, reporting, and financial analysis skills Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM) Advanced Excel and systems experience A leadership style that is hands-on, direct, and accountable
