Staff Accountant:
- Support the month‑end close process through journal entry preparation and account reconciliations
- Apply
U.S. GAAP
standards to daily accounting activities and reporting- Prepare financial statements and assist with variance analysis against plan and expectations
- Investigate and explain performance results and gaps for management and international stakeholders
- Assist in preparing financial reporting packages for the parent organization
- Support the annual external audit process, including documentation and testing requests
- Follow established internal control requirements, with strong exposure to SOX‑related processes
- Participate in the annual budgeting cycle and financial planning activities
- Serve as backup support for payroll processing
- Assist with annual physical inventory reviews and inventory‑related analysis
- Build and maintain reports using Excel, working with large data sets on a regular basis Qualifications of the
Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Open to recent graduates or candidates with a few years of accounting experience
- Strong interest in learning end‑to‑end accounting and financial reporting
- Comfortable working with data‑heavy Excel reports
