ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process invoices for payment in Maintenance System Investigate invoice discrepancies Communicate with shops, vendors, and accounting to resolve invoice problems Establish strong relationships with Maintenance and Accounting Teams Monitor spending dashboards in Maintenance System Special projects / assignments as required
