Accounting Administrator- Scottsdale, AZ!

Vaco Phoenix is seeking an Accounting Administrator for a top client located in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping, including month-end close and payroll functions. The position is fully onsite and offers a salary of up to $75,000 annually. Interviews are scheduled immediately.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping activities Record and post invoices accurately Monitor and process banking transactions Prepare and post journal entries Oversee administration of the company credit card program and expense reimbursement system Support monthly bank account reconciliations Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records in accordance with GAAP standards Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes and procedures Respond promptly and professionally to vendor inquiries Address internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner Perform additional accounting-related duties as needed

Job Requirements:

3+ years of staff accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience Month-end close experience QuickBooks experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
