  • Full-time We are a growing, mid-sized accounting firm seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Greet clients and provide accurate information in person, by phone, and via email Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings Order office supplies and maintain front-office inventory Track and maintain records of office expenses Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Client & Accounting Support Assist with onboarding new clients (sending contracts, creating tax profiles, executing POAs) Create business entities with the California Secretary of State and the IRS Maintain entity compliance and related documentation Respond to IRS and state correspondence under CPA guidance Occasionally assist with tax preparation and light bookkeeping Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Professional phone and email etiquette Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Prior administrative or office experience preferred Accounting, tax, or bookkeeping experience is a plus (but not required) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Supportive and respectful work environment Opportunities for long-term growth Emphasis on work-life balance
