Job Description

Overview NPG of California, LLC (News Channel 3, 12 + 11) is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Accounting Clerical to support business office functions. This full-time onsite role ensures smooth financial administration and reliable employee support within our television/radio broadcast operations. This is not an on‑air or production role. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and payable Reconcile financial records and assist with monthly reporting Prepare spreadsheets and maintain reports (Excel required) Maintain confidential employee records Coordinate onboarding and offboarding Assist with payroll and benefits administration Support compliance with policies and regulations Preferred Qualifications Education or background in finance, accounting, or business management Experience in television or radio industries (not required) Familiarity with accounting software and HRIS systems (not required) Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$50,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits include: PTO, holidays, sick time, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, wellness program, and EAP.
