In this role, the Accounting Admin plays an important part in maintaining accurate billing, collections, and administrative workflows that support daily operations. This Accounting Admin role is ideal for someone seeking a position that blends accounting responsibilities with administrative support, while offering long-term growth within a supportive organization . Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Admin Enter billing information and compile supporting documentation for timely distribution to clients. Conduct soft collections by following up on outstanding invoices while maintaining positive client relationships. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including coordinating weekly check runs. Complete administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, processing W-9 forms, and assisting with internal communications. Maintain organized financial and office records while supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative operations. Qualifications for the Accounting Admin At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a similar accounting support role. Proficiency with QuickBooks is required. Strong attention to detail with effective organizational and communication skills.
