Accounting Supervisor

Position Summary Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and support the financial reporting process. This role will ensure accuracy in financial records and help drive process improvements within the department. Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals (staff accountants, AP/AR) Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close Review and approve financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel CPA or CPA candidate preferred

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
