Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible Data entry Inventory control Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Other duties assigned by management Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Willing to train the right candidate Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Will train on our accounting system Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
