Administrative Specialist Administrative Support Specialist - Roll Off Services (Construction Support) CW Waste is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Specialist to support our CW Administrative Manager in a fast-paced waste services environment serving the Central Indiana market. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing administrative, accounting, and customer support across multiple functions. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with customers, drivers, and internal teams while managing multiple priorities. Duties & Responsibilities Provide direct administrative support to the CW Administrative Manager Answer and manage incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests Assist with billing processes , including invoice preparation and review Support Accounts Receivable (AR) functions such as tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and maintaining customer accounts Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across company systems and software Assist with basic accounting tasks , including documentation and reporting Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and responding to inquiries promptly Maintain organized filing systems (digital and/or physical) for operational and financial records Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with contractors, customers, and field staff Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to use general business and accounting software Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial processes Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Previous experience in administrative support, accounting, or construction/logistics environments is a plus What We're Looking For A dependable team player with a positive attitude Someone who can balance multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively A problem-solver who is comfortable interacting with both customers and operational staff
Pay:
$24.00 per hour
