Job Description
Job Overview Part-time temporary opportunity for a hands-on accounting and administrative professional in Foxborough, MA. Seeking a dependable and organized individual to assist with day-to-day financial operations during a planned medical leave. Training and transition support will be provided. Schedule 24-32 hours per week Tuesday-Friday preferred Immediate start Position runs through September 2026 Flexible scheduling may be available for the right candidate Responsibilities Assist with and eventually manage weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now Accounts payable and vendor payments Deposits and cash flow monitoring General bookkeeping and accounting support Tax filing support Administrative and HR support as needed Qualifications Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping required Payroll experience preferred but not required Sage/Peachtree experience preferred but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently Compensation $35-$55 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
