Job Description:

Interim Controller - Norwood, MA Our client, a growing organization within the manufacturing and industrial services sector, is seeking an Interim Controller to support day-to-day accounting operations during a transition period. This role serves as the primary on-site accounting lead, overseeing core financial processes, maintaining reporting accuracy, and ensuring continuity of operations within a lean environment. Responsibilities Oversee general accounting activities, including month-end close and account reconciliations Prepare and review routine financial statements and internal reports Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and supporting documentation Support inventory-related accounting processes and variance analysis Manage accounts payable, billing, and cash-related activities Coordinate payroll processing with a third-party provider and record related journal entries Support benefits and retirement plan administration activities Assist with internal controls, audit support, and standard reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong experience with NetSuite required Inventory or manufacturing accounting experience preferred CPA or CPA-track a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
