Responsibilities of the Accounting Admin Builds a working relationship with Agency staff relative to client bill payment and accounting issues. Acts as a liaison with outside banks and Social Security Agency offices with respect to client matters. Review clients' account monthly for accuracy. Monthly filing of client's records Maintains client accounting records and supporting documentation. Works with residential supervisors and other staff to manage client budgets. Prepares reports to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and other agencies that serve the beneficiary. Requirements of the Accounting Admin Administrative experience in a high-volume environment Associates degree preferred Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word and familiarity with accounting software.
