Job Description

Accounting Administrator Closet Factory Closet Factory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Responsibilities Receive and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness Verify purchase orders, quantities, pricing, and terms against agreements Accurately code and enter invoices into the accounting system Collaborate with department managers to obtain necessary invoice approvals Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the approval process Perform monthly vendor statement audits and reconciliations Support all payroll-related functions, including commission reporting and compensation statements Assist with PTO tracking and reporting Order and maintain office supplies Process pre-production PPPs Support additional accounting, administrative, and operational projects as assigned Qualifications Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook QuickBooks experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Professional attitude with a strong work ethic Benefits Eligible full-time employees may receive: 401(k) participation after 12 consecutive months of satisfactory employment Medical benefits available after 90 days of employment Two (2) weeks paid vacation Paid holidays Competitive compensation based on experience About Closet Factory Closet Factory has been a leader in custom organization solutions for over 40 years.
