This role ensures strong financial controls, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across key accounting functions—including Accounts Receivable, general ledger activities, and monthly close processes. The Coordinator plays a critical role in safeguarding Hospital assets, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and supporting the production of timely, reliable financial statements. What You'll Do Supports the Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting by managing daily operations within the Accounting Department. Oversees key accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, general ledger activities, and the monthly close process. Ensures strong financial controls and accurate, timely financial reporting. Helps safeguard hospital assets and ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures. Supports the preparation of reliable financial statements through effective coordination across accounting teams. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required. Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible financial experience. Proficient in commonly used computer applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in place of the degree requirement.
