Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish speaking ) dependable and detail-oriented Accounting Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations and accounting functions. This role is ideal for an organized professional who can effectively manage administrative tasks while assisting with light accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate incoming work orders, ensuring timely completion and follow-up. Assist with Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices and payment processing. Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, Respond to and manage incoming emails in a professional and timely manner. Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases and records. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Assist with payroll processing and employee timekeeping records. Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports in excel. Coordinate equipment repairs and service requests with vendors and technicians. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents. Provide general administrative support to management and office staff. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications •MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish)•Previous administrative office experience required. Accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Experience with accounting software is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
