Job Description

Main Ford General Supply Company is the leading supplier in food equipment and supplies in the Western New York area with showrooms in Rochester, Buffalo and Albany. The company supplies commercial food equipment to New York schools, hospitals, grocery stores, businesses and restaurants. The corporation is 72 years old, well established, progressive and very profitable Employee will be doing AR and general accounting.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUN OF 3 YEARS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Accounts Receivable Process Customer invoices Record Customer Payments Process Customer invoicing and payments for Credit Cards Process day to day accounting transactions including POS entries Run Accounting Reports Communicate with sales Update customer accounts Prepare bank deposits Responsibilities include other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience and solid communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3 Years of strong Accounting / Bookkeeping experience Experience with Business Accounting Systems Computer proficient Ability to prioritize work Must have Strong Attention to Detail Must be able to work well with others
