What You'll Do In this dynamic role, you'll partner across departments and take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, including: Finance & Expense Management Administer corporate expense management systems such as Concur Review and process employee expense reports Support corporate credit card administration and policy compliance Partner with Finance on audits, reporting, and process improvements Assist employees with expense submissions and troubleshooting Sales & Operational Support Maintain CRM systems and customer documentation Support contract administration and warranty recordkeeping Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements Manage relationships with travel vendors, hotels, and service providers Assist with onboarding logistics and operational reporting Executive & Administrative Support Support executive calendars, meetings, and leadership communications Coordinate town halls, leadership visits, and special projects Maintain contracts, compliance documentation, and legal records Prepare reports, presentations, and organizational documentation Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Professional, resourceful, and collaborative Skilled at handling confidential information with discretion A strong communicator who enjoys supporting teams and leaders Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Administrative, accounting support, operations, or finance coordination experience preferred Experience with Concur or similar expense management systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM and document management systems preferred Recent grads in accounting or finance encouraged to apply Administrative Assistance with 3+ years' experience encouraged to apply If you enjoy being the person who keeps everything organized, moving, and running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.
