$18-$21/hr DOEWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Oil & Gas Accounting Administrative Assistant to join a growing Oklahoma City company. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys supporting accounting operations while handling a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Previous Oil & Gas experience is highly preferred, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the accounting and operations teamsProcess and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactionsAssist with owner relations, vendor communications, and document managementEnter and maintain accurate accounting, lease, vendor, and customer recordsSupport invoice processing, coding, and payment trackingAssist with bank reconciliations and financial record maintenanceManage bill payments and related documentation for multiple entitiesPrepare, organize, and file accounting and operational reportsAnswer incoming calls and professionally assist vendors, landowners, and customersMake outbound calls to gather, verify, and update information as neededDraft and distribute correspondence via email and mailSchedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate office activitiesAssist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and records retentionSupport special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned
