Performs professional analytical accounting work in the establishment, maintenance, research, and analysis of accounts and financial records for the Revenue Section. Acts as project manager for high-level, complex, critical, enterprise-wide financial management projects. Provides advisory service to high-level administrators and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) management. Represents the Accounting Branch in departmental and statewide decision-making regarding accounting activities and policies. Communicates and maintains effective working relationships with CDTFA offices, Budget Branch, Cashiers Section, State Controller's Office (SCO), State Treasurer's Office (STO), California State Auditor's Office (CSA), Department of Finance (DOF), and various state departments.
