Description Bookkeeping Supervisor Location:

Blue Ash, OH (Hybrid) H&W CPAs is a fast-growing, highly collaborative CPA and accounting firm looking for a Bookkeeping Supervisor who's ready to step into a player-coach role that owns client work while helping to lead and elevate a small team. What You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of bookkeeping clients (70%) Supervise and support a team of 4 bookkeepers (20%) Assist with tax prep during peak season (10%, nice-to-have) Review work, improve processes, and elevate team performance

What We're Looking For:

Strong accounting and bookkeeping experience Experience with payroll, payroll taxes, and sales tax Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online + Desktop preferred) Proactive, self-sufficient, and team-oriented Someone who takes ownership and improves what they touch Experience leading and growing teams and enhancing structure and processes preferred Bonus (not required): Experience with 1040, 1120S, and 1065

Details:

Full-time, exempt Hybrid (1-2 days remote)

Salary:

$70K-$85K (flexible for the right fit)
