You will report directly to our finance leadership and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid schedule after the first 90 days. In this role, you will impact the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the controllership function, supporting strategic decision-making and compliance within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and manage the day-to-day controllership activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Drive the financial close process and support continuous process improvements for efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, tax, and legal to address controllership matters. Provide mentorship and development opportunities to controllership team members.
