  • Accounting Coordinator Schedule Monday
  • Friday 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm Location 100% In Person Role and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the accounting department Prepare documents for USDA budgets and distribute to appropriate team members Collect, process and distribute daily mail Prepare reports from Yardi Process PWS through MINC and Yardi Complete annual registrations Submit UCC finance statement renewals for Rural Development
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 2 + years of experience as an administrative assistant or accounting assistant Previous bookkeeping experience preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma/GED Degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field preferred 2 + years of experience as an administrative assistant or accounting assistant Previous bookkeeping experience preferred Preferred Skills Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask CAHEC Management Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
