Additional Compensation Details:
$25- $30/ hour Job Description The Credit Administrator provides essential support to the Accounts Receivable (AR) team by assisting with credit administration, account maintenance, customer account documentation, and internal coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and timely processing of customer account information. The Credit Administrator works closely with internal departments and external customers to facilitate smooth AR operations, uphold established procedures, and support the overall efficiency and integrity of the credit and AR functions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ( any combination of the following job duties) : All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality Accounts Receivable & Credit Support Support customer account maintenance activities, including obtaining and updating contact information and supporting documentation to update or complete Customer Records. Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of customer credit and account information. Customer Service & Account Coordination Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with the sales team and internal departments to research and resolve customer account-related issues. Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow‑through. Team Collaboration & Administrative Support Assist with special projects within the AR or credit department as assigned. Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the AR team. Qualifications Relevant experience in AR, credit, or administrative support role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail. Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
