Job Description

At ASI, we design and manufacture custom drying, curing, and cooling systems used in advanced manufacturing processes around the world. For over 40 years, we've built a reputation as an industry leader with our engineered-to-order solutions—all proudly made in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Our team works hands-on to build high-quality systems using a variety of web transport technologies, including air flotation, roll-support, and conveyorized drying systems. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting & Office Coordinator to support our Accounting, Human Resources, and Administrative functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Accounting & Office Coordinator, you'll serve as a key member of our office team, helping ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Accounting & Financial Administration
  • Process Accounts Payable transactions and prepare weekly check runs.
  • Maintain accurate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable records.
  • Reconcile company credit card statements in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with cash receipts processing and local bank deposits.
  • Prepare customer invoices for service work, parts orders, and progress billings.
  • Generate reports and provide accounting support to management and other departments. Customer & Operational Support
  • Enter customer orders, process change orders, and close completed jobs.
  • Maintain accurate job and customer information within company systems.
  • Support cross-functional teams with administrative and operational needs. Recruiting & Human Resources Support
  • Post employment opportunities and assist with candidate sourcing efforts.
  • Conduct initial phone and virtual candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Represent ASI at career fairs and recruiting events. General Office Administration
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing as needed.
  • Support special projects and provide administrative assistance across departments.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of business processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related experience.
  • Previous experience in accounting, office administration, payroll, HR, or recruiting.
  • Experience with ERP systems, accounting software, or business management systems.
  • IT aptitude or technical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
