  • Seeking an AP Supervisor to provide support across key AP operational functions.
This role is intended to be hands-on, with a balance of processing, problem-solving, and team support. Ideal candidate should be comfortable stepping in quickly and operating with minimal ramp-up time. Experience supporting high-volume AP operations and tight payment cycles is highly preferred Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate rush payment requests, ensuring timely processing and proper approvals Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, helping resolve issues efficiently Support the weekly settlement process, including validation and readiness of invoices for payment runs Oversee and assist with team timecard tracking and coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely submission Handle invoice processing and exception management, including research, follow-up, and resolution Monitor and manage AP-related inboxes and communications, ensuring timely responses and proper routing Partner with AP team members to help reduce backlog and aging items, particularly within exception queues Provide light oversight and guidance to junior team members as needed Qualifications & Experience Minimum 7+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume, shared services environment Prior experience in a senior or supervisory capacity, with the ability to guide and support team members Strong understanding of invoice lifecycle, exception handling, and payment processes Experience working with ERP and AP systems (e.g., Coupa, Workday, or similar platforms) is preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Education Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience required
