Job Description Revenue Collections Analyst (RCM) Clove Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue Collections Analyst to own the revenue cycle across multiple dental offices - from insurance verification and treatment estimates through claims, payments, and accounts receivable. This role is critical to ensuring every dollar of production is captured, claims go out clean, and aged AR stays low. Dental experience required, and preferred to have worked at large dental groups. What success looks like at 90 days: Collection rate ≥ 98% per office, blended ≥ 98.5% Over-90-day AR below 10% of total AR Insurance verifications completed 24+ hours before appointments, 95%+ compliance Daily production sheet accuracy ≥ 95% Claims submitted daily and EOB rejections worked within 2 business days, consistently Office managers and front desks treat you as the source of truth on billing and collections You will own: Office-level and blended collection rate performance Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns in Open Dental Daily claims submission and EOB rejection follow-up Patient and insurance accounts receivable, including aged AR recovery Daily production sheet accuracy and ledger reconciliation Treatment plan fee accuracy, patient estimates, and financing offers Vendor invoicing and payments Internal meetings as the lead/liaison for billing and payments teams RCM AI tooling and process improvement Qualifications Experience in dental required Experience at dental groups with 10-100+ offices required Proficiency with Open Dental strongly preferred Strong understanding of dental insurance, claims, EOBs, and AR processes Familiarity with patient financing platforms (Sunbit, CareCredit, Cherry) Why Clove Dental High-growth, multi-location dental platform Direct impact on revenue capture and the financial health of the business Opportunity to build scalable RCM systems as the company expands Collaborative, performance-driven culture
