SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for overseeing and supervising all daily operations and processes of NeilMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc. US and Canada Accounts Receivable Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of AR functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of cash postings and collections. Manage a team of 3 accounts receivable clerks. Monitors and reports on customer deductions and team productivity, balancing AR workload to ensure timely and accurate accounts receivable processing. Supports AR team with complex and high-value deduction claims which require in-depth research and resolution. Generate Chargebacks and AR aging Reports to identify and resolve outstanding balances and delinquent accounts. Performs analysis over AR aging to present to upper management. Ensures AR Clerks complete customer account reconciliations, adjustments and write-offs before month-end and year-end close. Engages with customers, sales staff, or cross functional managers as required to resolve issues, which includes requesting and collecting repayment of invalid deductions and identifying trends of such. Ensures all billing is completed, successfully delivered and received by customers. Continuously work close with warehouse managers to ensure accuracy of shipments. Leads integration of acquisitions' existing AR balances and customers. Researches and resolves complex intercompany and acquisitions reconciliations Responsible for assisting with preparing and documenting Accounts Receivable Bad Debt Reserve Calculations. Assist Staff Accountant with monthly Bank Reconciliations. Leads special projects related to billing and deduction processing, including implementing new tools, reports, technology solutions and process improvements. Leads audit requests, ensuring proper and accurate documentation is provided. Responsible for performance evaluations, recruiting, hiring, coaching, and training.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

JOB EXPERIENCE 5

years prior experience processing a large volume of Accounts Receivable invoices and Deductions. Prior experience working with an

A/R, G/L

integrated software system such as NetSuite, Quickbooks etc. NetSuite experience is preferred.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Strong verbal and written communications skills to represent NeilMed in a professional manner. Must possess a good understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong mathematical skills (without use of calculator/adding machine). Strong advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including: Pivot Tables, VLookUps, XLookUps and Macros)

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
