To Apply for this Job Click Here Accounts Payable Manager - Windsor, CT Our client, a growing organization within the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role focuses on overseeing accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining efficient workflow within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Supervise and support AP staff while maintaining efficient departmental operations Review and reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies as needed Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with standard accounting practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support purchasing and payment workflows Assist with reporting and documentation related to accounts payable activities Qualifications 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including leadership or management responsibility Experience with ERP or accounting systems required Strong understanding of AP processes and financial operations Procurement or purchasing experience preferred but not required
