A growing company in the construction and technology services industry is adding an AP Supervisor to support a high-volume, project-based environment. This opportunity offers visibility across the organization, direct interaction with leadership, and the chance to be involved in process improvements and a new ERP implementation. What You'll Be Doing Overseeing the day-to-day Accounts Payable function Reviewing invoices, vendor payments, subcontractor payments, ACH/wires, and reconciliations Handling lien waivers, NTOs, COIs, W-9s, and other construction-related compliance documentation Supervising and supporting AP team members Partnering with Project Managers and Accounting leadership to help ensure accurate job costing and timely payments Assisting with AP process improvements and ERP implementation efforts Supporting month-end close and 1099 preparation What They're Looking For 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within construction, contracting, engineering, infrastructure, or another project-based industry Experience with subcontractor billing/payment processes and construction compliance documentation Previous AP leadership or supervisory experience Someone who is organized, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment This is a good fit for someone who enjoys construction accounting environments and wants the opportunity to contribute beyond day-to-day processing. #LI-EM2 #
