Accounts Payable Manager

We're working with a growing organization that is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to lead their AP function and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, from invoice processing through payment execution. Manage, mentor, and develop AP specialists to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely vendor payments. Implement and optimize AP systems, workflows, and controls. Partner with Procurement, Accounting, and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes. Monitor KPIs including invoice turnaround, aging, and vendor satisfaction. Support month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations. Drive compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive AP experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory/management role. Strong knowledge of 2-way/3-way match, invoice volume management, and vendor onboarding. Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Sage Intacct, or similar). Proven track record of reducing AP cycle time and improving efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
