Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Supervisor Oversee full‑cycle accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, vendor and subcontractor payments, ACH/wires, and reconciliations as the Accounts Payable Supervisor Review and manage construction‑specific documentation such as lien waivers, Notices to Owner (NTOs), COIs, and subcontractor compliance as the Accounts Payable Supervisor Lead, mentor, and develop AP staff while improving processes, controls, and workflow efficiencies as the Accounts Payable Supervisor Partner with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting leadership to support job costing accuracy and timely payment cycles as the Accounts Payable Supervisor Support ERP system implementation and assist with month‑end close, vendor maintenance, W‑9 management, and 1099 preparation as the Accounts Payable Supervisor Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Supervisor 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within construction, contracting, engineering, or project‑based industries Strong expertise in lien waivers, subcontractor billing, and construction compliance documentation Prior supervisory or leadership experience within Accounts Payable is required #
