AP Supervisor - Construction Salary $70,000 - $80,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Our client is a well-established and growing organization within the construction and technology services industry seeking an AP Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day Accounts Payable function. Key Responsibilities Supervise the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor payments, subcontractor payments, ACH/wire activity, and reconciliations Review and manage lien waivers, Notices to Owner (NTOs), subcontractor compliance documents, COIs, and related construction payment documentation Lead and mentor Accounts Payable staff while helping improve processes, controls, and efficiencies Partner with Project Managers, Operations, and Accounting leadership to ensure accurate job costing and timely payment processing Assist with implementing the AP function in a new ERP system Assist with month-end close support, vendor maintenance, W-9 management, and 1099 preparation Qualifications 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience within construction, contracting, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based industries Strong experience with lien waivers, subcontractor billing/payment processes, and construction compliance documentation Previous supervisory or leadership experience within Accounts Payable required #LI-TJ1 #INMAY2026
