65,000 - 85,000 (depending on experience) Are you an experienced AP Manager ready to lead a high-performing accounts payable team? This growing organization in Tampa is seeking a skilled AP Manager to oversee the full AP cycle, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance across all payables operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the accounts payable department, including supervising AP specialists. Oversee invoice processing, vendor management, and payment approvals. Implement best practices and streamline workflows for efficiency. Collaborate with finance leadership to support month-end close and reporting. Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of accounts payable experience, including 2+ years as an AP Manager or in a leadership role. Strong understanding of AP systems, ERP platforms, and accounting principles. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
