Accounts Payable Manager Benefits & Compensation Full-time, salaried position with excellent benefits Comprehensive health coverage Supportive team culture with professional growth opportunities Accounts Payable Manager Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in accounts payable, including supervision or management Experience in a high-volume accounts payable environment Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with Great Plains is a plus Accounts Payable Manager Preferred Background & Skills Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative approach to team and cross-departmental work Accounts Payable Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the accounts payable process for vendors, contractors, and business partners Manage and train AP staff and the external outsourcing vendor Continuously assess, execute, and improve policies, procedures, and internal controls Resolve vendor inquiries and maintain accurate, up-to-date AP documentation Support month-end and quarterly closing activities, including posting accruals and preparing reconciliations Provide required documentation and support for audits and tax filings Foster a culture of service, precision, and accountability within the AP function Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice disputes and ensure timely processing This position offers the chance to work in a positive office environment with a company committed to diversity, inclusion, and outstanding employee experience.
