  • 75,000 annually (based on experience) WLC Management Firm, LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts Receivable Director to join our corporate leadership team in Harrisburg, Illinois.
This is an on-site position based at our corporate office and is not a remote opportunity. The Accounts Receivable Director will oversee billing, collections, reimbursement processes, and accounts receivable operations for our long-term care facilities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial performance, maximizing reimbursement, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care billing processes Manage insurance follow-up and collections activities Monitor and improve accounts receivable performance and cash flow Analyze census trends and reimbursement opportunities Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue projections Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer requirements Collaborate with facility business office teams and operational leadership Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy Qualifications Previous long-term care billing and reimbursement experience required Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and insurance collections Experience managing accounts receivable processes and financial reporting Understanding of census management and revenue cycle operations Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with healthcare billing systems and Microsoft Office applications Why Join WLC Management Firm?
