Lead and manage the full Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, vendor management, chargebacks, and business unit support Oversee and develop a geographically distributed AP team, including performance management, training, and staffing decisions Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and related adjustments Manage month-end close activities for AP, including reconciliations and reporting Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual AP reports; proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities Serve as the "face" of Accounts Payable, delivering high levels of service to internal stakeholders and external vendors Monitor AP workflows and resolve issues impacting payment accuracy or timeliness Oversee outsourced AP services and ensure performance standards are met Lead and support AP-related system implementations, process changes, and special projects Partner with the CFO and Finance leadership to support cash flow management and operational initiatives Qualifications for the
